Tsunami RSD-125 125 CFM Refrigerated Air Dryer – 1″ NPT, 115V

Short Product Description

The Tsunami RSD-125 Refrigerated Air Dryer provides dependable moisture removal for compressed air systems up to 125 CFM . Designed for manufacturing, CNC machining, automotive facilities, fabrication, woodworking, and other industrial applications, the RSD-125 helps protect compressed air piping, pneumatic equipment, and finished products from moisture-related problems.

Featuring 115V power , 1″ NPT connections , an integrated automatic condensate drain, and less than 1 PSI pressure drop, the RSD-125 provides reliable refrigerated air treatment for demanding shop and industrial compressed air systems.

Full Product Description

The Tsunami RSD-125 Refrigerated Air Dryer is engineered to remove excess water vapor from compressed air before moisture reaches downstream piping, pneumatic equipment, machinery, and production processes.

Rated for 125 CFM , the RSD-125 cools incoming compressed air so water vapor condenses out of the airstream. The collected moisture is separated and automatically discharged through the dryer's integrated condensate drain system.

The Tsunami RSD Series uses an efficient heat exchanger design that pre-cools incoming compressed air while reheating the treated air before it exits the dryer. This process provides effective moisture removal while maintaining a pressure drop of less than 1 PSI .

Designed for everyday industrial use, the RSD-125 operates on 115V power and runs automatically once properly installed.

Why Choose the Tsunami RSD-125?

The RSD-125 is a strong choice for compressed air systems requiring up to 125 CFM of refrigerated drying capacity. Its combination of 115V power, 1″ air connections, automatic condensate removal, 232 PSI maximum pressure capability, and low pressure drop makes it suitable for a broad range of commercial and industrial applications.

With enough capacity for many mid-sized rotary screw compressor systems, the RSD-125 provides an effective way to reduce moisture before compressed air reaches valuable downstream equipment and production processes.

Warranty

Tsunami RSD Series refrigerated dryers are covered for 18 months from the factory shipment date or 12 months from installation/start-up, whichever occurs first , subject to Tsunami's warranty requirements.

A properly sized prefilter and non-corrosive upstream piping are required for warranty coverage.
