Inside Sales Advisor



The Inside Sales Advisor is focused on building incredible experiences for our

customers. They will demonstrate a genuine interest in how Compressed Air Advisors Online, Inc. can help meet their compressed air needs. ISA’s develop a strong awareness of general services, enabling them to introduce customers to solutions we can provide.

compressed air equipment designed to cater to a spectrum of industries, and we

are growing by the day. Our mission is to transform the online industrial air compressor buying experience. We strive to quickly ship premium manufacturers' products utilizing our knowledgeable staff, eliminating the historical stress and confusion when purchasing compressed air equipment.   • Provide the highest levels of customer service - ensuring prospects and

customers enjoy an outstanding experience.

  • Take inbound phone calls and answer chat requests from our website to assist customers with sales and technical questions.
  • Actively listen and learn about prospects and customers and find innovative

ways of engaging with them to drive sales.

  • Prepare online and formal quotes for customers and prospects.
  • Be persistent, remain driven, and be positive even when dealing with challenging

prospects and customers.

  • Meet sales goals and objectives set by management.
  • Aggressively pursue non-closed leads and follow up on all available leads

until the customer invests in the recommendation or asks not to be contacted


  • Retrieve customer information, set up new accounts, and/or access

existing accounts.

  • Meet with the sales manager regularly to evaluate KPIs and explore ways to

generate sales growth.

  • Perform follow-up calls on non-sold leads
  • Process sold paperwork when applicable
  • Attend training to stay current with the specifications of new products and

service offerings.



  • Personable communicator who clearly and persuasively describes

products and services to customers to encourage sales transactions.

  • Have a basic understanding of our compressed air products and services and their

advantages and disadvantages to overcome potential roadblocks.

  • Strong computer skills (MS Office)
  • Exceptional customer service skills- must be friendly, approachable and


  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in English.
  • Well-organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Drivers License Required
  • Minimum 1 year air compressor experience preferred



  • Ability to spend prolonged periods standing, sitting, or walking
  • Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
  • Work in high or elevated places
