At what conditions is the 20 SCFM rating stated?

The published 20 SCFM rating is based on 175 PSIG inlet pressure, 180°F inlet air temperature, 160°F inlet dew point, and a 50°F outlet pressure dew point. The ambient correction factor is 1.00 at 100°F.

How does lower operating pressure affect capacity?

At 100 PSIG, with the other reference conditions unchanged, the pressure correction factor is 0.80. Corrected capacity is approximately 16 SCFM. Apply temperature and ambient corrections as well when your conditions differ.

RHT accepts inlet air up to 200°F and uses high-temperature rating conditions. RAD has a 140°F maximum inlet temperature and different reference conditions. Compare corrected airflow capacities rather than model numbers alone.

What maintenance and warranty requirements apply?

Keep the condenser clean, verify drain operation, and service installed filtration according to the manufacturer instructions. Register the dryer and maintain service records. Extended parts coverage requires qualifying Altec AIR filtration and compliance with the manufacturer's program terms.
