Return Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If you need to return a product, please review the following conditions:

Restocking Fee: All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Return Authorization: A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from Compressed Air Advisors Online, Inc. prior to any return. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Window: Items must be returned within 14 days of the original delivery date.

Product Condition: Returned products must be in new, unused, undamaged, and sellable condition, and in original packaging.

Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and insurance. We are not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued after inspection and approval of the returned product(s), using the same method as the original payment (unless otherwise specified).

All sales on the above categories are final. Exceptions are made only at the sole discretion of Compressed Air Advisors Online, Inc.
Freight Policy

All orders ship FOB Shipping Point unless otherwise noted.

Shipping charges are non-refundable once a product has shipped.

We are not responsible for third-party shipping delays, damage, or errors.
Factory-Direct Items
Some products are shipped directly from the manufacturer. These items may have return restrictions:

Manufacturer Approval Required: Returns must be authorized by the manufacturer and may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

Shipping Costs: Even if your order qualified for free shipping, the original shipping cost may be deducted from your refund. Round-trip shipping charges may apply.
Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for both outbound and return shipping costs.

Built-to-order products and special-order items cannot be canceled once production has started.
Installed Products

Products that have been installed, used, or altered in any way are not eligible for return.

Damage caused by incorrect installation is not covered under return policy. Warranty claims may be submitted but are subject to manufacturer approval.
Damaged Shipments
Please take freight damage seriously. Once you sign for delivery, it becomes difficult (and sometimes impossible) to make a freight claim.
Inspect Upon Delivery

Open and inspect all items before signing the delivery receipt.

If any damage is visible, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If the box shows signs of damage but you’re unsure if the item inside is affected, write "Possible Freight Damage" on the receipt before signing.
Concealed Damage

Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Take photos of the packaging and product and contact us immediately to begin a claim.
Defective Products
If you suspect your product is defective:

Contact us or the manufacturer within 15 days of delivery.

Most issues can be resolved with basic troubleshooting.

Please have your model and serial number ready when contacting support.
Final Notes
