Tsunami 50 Series Compressed Air Filter

50 CFM | 1/2" NPTF | Modular Point-of-Use Air Filtration

The Tsunami 50 Series Filter – 50 CFM, 1/2" NPTF is a rugged, high-efficiency point-of-use compressed air filtration solution designed to remove moisture, oil aerosols, and vapor-phase contaminants from mid-range air systems and workstation drops. Built from corrosion-resistant anodized 6061 aircraft-grade aluminum, the 50 Series platform allows users to configure filtration performance by selecting Water Separator, Oil Coalescing, or Activated Carbon elements along with Float, Electronic, or Pneumatic drain options.

It’s a modular filtration hub that adapts to your air quality target without oversizing your system.

Ideal for CNC equipment, automation cells, paint prep stations, packaging lines, service bays, and pneumatic tool protection.

Available Filtration Options

Water Separator (10 Micron Filtration)
Removes bulk condensate and particulate created during the compression process. Recommended as the first stage of filtration even when dryers are installed downstream.

Oil Coalescing Filter (0.01 Micron Filtration)
Captures oil aerosols and fine particulate down to 0.01 micron, protecting valves, cylinders, controls, and finishing processes.

Activated Carbon Filter (0.003 ppm Vapor Removal)
Removes hydrocarbon vapors, odors, and taste from compressed air streams. Ideal for sensitive applications requiring higher air purity.

Available Drain Configurations

Float Drain (Standard Option)
Automatically discharges condensate as it accumulates. Reliable and maintenance-friendly for most installations.

Electronic Drain (Moisture Minder® EDV)
Timer-controlled condensate removal minimizes compressed air loss and improves efficiency in continuous-use environments.

Pneumatic Drain (Moisture Minder® Filter Drain)
Air-operated drain option designed for installations where electrical power is not preferred or available.
