The Powerex STD Series 5 HP Duplex Oil-Less Scroll Air Compressor is engineered for applications that demand continuous, redundant, oil-free compressed air with quiet operation and long-term reliability. Featuring two independent oil-less scroll compressor pumps mounted on an 80-gallon air receiver, the STD Series delivers built-in redundancy, automatic load sharing, and uninterrupted air supply for critical clean-air environments.

This duplex configuration allows each scroll pump to operate independently in a lead/lag sequence, extending component life while ensuring backup capacity is always available. When air demand increases, both pumps operate together to maintain stable system pressure.
