Tsunami RSD-075 75 CFM Refrigerated Air Dryer – 1″ NPT, 115V
Short Product Description
The Tsunami RSD-075 Refrigerated Air Dryer provides reliable moisture removal for compressed air systems up to 75 CFM. Designed for automotive shops, manufacturing, CNC machining, woodworking, fabrication, and general industrial applications, the RSD-075 helps protect air tools, piping, equipment, and finished products from damaging moisture.
Featuring 115V single-phase power, 1″ NPT connections, an integrated automatic condensate drain, and less than 1 PSI pressure drop, the RSD-075 delivers dependable compressed air drying in a compact, easy-to-integrate package.
Full Product Description
The Tsunami RSD-075 Refrigerated Air Dryer is designed to remove excess water vapor from compressed air before moisture can reach downstream piping, pneumatic equipment, machinery, and production processes.
Rated for 75 CFM, the RSD-075 cools compressed air so moisture condenses out of the airstream. The collected condensate is separated and automatically discharged through the dryer's integrated condensate drain system.
The RSD Series utilizes an efficient air-to-air heat exchanger that pre-cools incoming compressed air while reheating the treated air before it leaves the dryer. This design provides effective moisture removal while keeping pressure drop to less than 1 PSI.
The RSD-075 operates on convenient 115V / 1 Phase / 60 Hz power and is designed for automatic operation once properly installed.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the airflow rating of the Tsunami RSD-075?
The RSD-075 is rated for 75 CFM under its rated operating conditions.
What dew point does the RSD-075 provide?
The Tsunami RSD Series is designed to provide an approximate 37.4°F to 50°F refrigerated dew point, depending on operating conditions.
Does the RSD-075 include an automatic drain?
Yes. The dryer includes an integrated electronically controlled condensate drain that automatically removes collected moisture.
What electrical power does the RSD-075 require?
The RSD-075 operates on 115V, single-phase, 60 Hz power.
What size air connections does the RSD-075 use?
The RSD-075 uses 1″ NPT inlet and outlet connections.
What is the maximum pressure rating?
The RSD-075 has a maximum rated inlet pressure of 232 PSI.
What is the maximum inlet temperature?
The maximum rated compressed air inlet temperature is 130°F.
Do I need a prefilter before the dryer?
Yes. Upstream filtration helps prevent solid particles and oily residue from accumulating inside the dryer's heat exchanger. Tsunami also requires a prefilter as part of the RSD Series warranty requirements.
How should I size the RSD-075?
Dryer sizing should account for airflow, operating pressure, inlet air temperature, ambient temperature, and desired outlet dew point. Conditions that differ from the dryer's rated conditions can change its effective capacity.
