The Tsunami RSD-100 Refrigerated Air Dryer is engineered to remove excess water vapor from compressed air before moisture can reach downstream piping, pneumatic tools, machinery, and production equipment.
Rated for 100 CFM, the RSD-100 cools incoming compressed air so water vapor condenses out of the airstream. The condensed moisture is then separated and automatically discharged through the dryer's integrated condensate drain system.
The RSD Series utilizes an efficient air-to-air heat exchanger that pre-cools incoming compressed air while reheating the treated air before it exits the dryer. This process provides effective moisture removal while maintaining a pressure drop of less than 1 PSI.
The RSD-100 operates on convenient 115V / 1 Phase / 60 Hz power and is designed for automatic everyday operation once properly installed.
