Keep your Powerex scroll compressor performing at its peak with genuine Powerex IP600000AV OEM Grease—specifically engineered for SLAE series oil-free scroll air compressor pumps. Powerex designs some of the most reliable and efficient scroll compressors in the industry, and proper lubrication is critical to maintaining that performance.
This genuine OEM grease is formulated exclusively for Powerex SLAE scroll pumps, ensuring the perfect viscosity, thermal stability, and lubrication properties required for long-term reliability. Using aftermarket greases may lead to bearing wear, excessive heat buildup, and premature compressor failure—costly issues easily avoided by using authentic Powerex lubricant.
Each 80-gram tube provides enough grease for approximately two full re-lubrication cycles using the OEM Powerex grease gun kit (sold separately as IP616201AJ). When applying, be sure to lubricate both the OS bearing and pin crank bearings. Each pump of the Powerex grease gun dispenses 0.65 grams of grease, allowing precise control over bearing lubrication. Refer to your Powerex service manual for the recommended number of grease gun pumps per service interval.

The Powerex IP600000AV grease is most commonly used on the SLAE03E, SLAE05E, and SLAE05EHP scroll compressor pumps.
For optimal performance during re-greasing, Powerex recommends replacing related wear components such as the tip seals and heat insulation pipe. The tip seal set for the SLAE05E pump is PN: 92832070, while the tip seal kit for the high-pressure SLAE05EHP pump is PN: 92832080.
