The Office Coordinator is a crucial team member who will spearhead our customers' journey and liaise with all departments. This position will perform a wide

range of administrative office and operations support activities to facilitate the

organization's efficient operation. This role requires the ability to exercise independent

judgment with office management and customer service interaction in alignment

with organizational goals.




We are Compressed Air Advisors Online, Inc. We provide an expansive collection of

compressed air equipment designed to cater to a spectrum of industries, and we

are growing by the day. Our mission is to transform the online industrial air compressor buying experience. We strive to quickly ship premium manufacturers' products utilizing our knowledgeable staff, eliminating the historical stress and confusion when purchasing compressed air equipment.   • Handles customer reception with a professional, friendly, and positive attitude

as needed.

  • Update shipment dates and follow up with customers to inform them when they should expect their orders.
  • Filter incoming emails to appropriate departments.
  • Follow-up with customers post-sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Assist management and provide support materials and information.
  • Manage an organized work area in a neat, clean, and organized manner
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, clearly communicating by

phone or in-person with customers.

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required, with equivalent experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Preferred)
  • Minimum two years of Office Administration, Industrial Sales Office

Administration (Preferred)

  • Experience with MS Office, QuickBooks, Shopify, Adobe Suite(Preferred)
  • Valid driver's license



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
