This position will be the first hire and the first building block for company expansion.  You will be key in helping to build processes, culture, and be integral to growth as the company hires more new personnel.  This is a growth position and will have pathways for promotion should the candidate desire to move up and expand their role as the company grows.  You should possess a problem-solving attitude, be able to accept challenges and be willing to roll up your sleeves and create best business practices. 

Job Summary:

Compressed Air Advisors Online is seeking an experienced Office Coordinator to join the team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support in all areas of the company and ensure that the office runs smoothly. This position will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks, such as answering phones, responding to emails, order entry, and maintaining records and fulfilling orders.  The Office Coordinator will learn and report directly to the owner.


  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails.
  • Provide excellent customer service.
  • Process online orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and files.
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory.
  • Assist with invoicing and billing as needed.
  • Coordinate and schedule deliveries.
  • Act as a liaison between the Compressed Air Advisors Online, Vendors and Customers.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve office processes, procedures, and customer satisfaction



High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.

2+ years of experience in office coordination, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing setting

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer software programs

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position but would consider the right person for a part-time role.

This position will range from $15 to $25 hourly depending on experience.
