JORC NUFORS-XF 3806 Pneumatic Zero Air Loss Drain - Up to 17,500 CFM
The NUFORS-XF 3806 removes condensate automatically from high-capacity compressed air systems without electricity. A pneumatic level-sensing mechanism opens the drain when needed, avoiding the unnecessary compressed air loss associated with timed discharge.

Does the NUFORS-XF require electricity?
No. It is pneumatically operated. Optional electric heater accessories require their own power supply.
What pressure range does it need?
The NUFORS-XF operates from 44 to 230 PSI. Do not select it for a system operating below 44 PSI.
How does it compare with the POD-TD?
The NUFORS-XF has a 12 mm valve orifice and three 3/4-inch inlet options. The POD-TD has a 6 mm orifice and three 1/2-inch inlet options.
What inlet and outlet connections are supplied?
Part 3806 has three 3/4-inch NPT inlet options. JORC specifies a 3/4-inch BSP outlet with a brass hose barb adapter. NPT and BSP threads are different.
Which replacement service kit does it use?
The NUFORS-XF uses service kit 38001, sold separately. The POD-TD service kit 38000 is for a different model.
