Each Powerex scroll pump features regreasable internal bearings, and using the proper OEM grease and gun ensures consistent delivery and correct volume every time. Aftermarket substitutes can compromise bearing integrity, leading to premature compressor failure—so always choose genuine Powerex parts.

Included in the Kit:

• Powerex grease gun

• 80 grams of OEM Powerex grease (enough for two full service intervals)

• Two specialized nozzles: one for standard use and one for older “C” style pumps manufactured prior to 10/2006

Each pump of the grease gun dispenses 0.65 grams of grease, ensuring accurate and uniform application to both the OS and pin crank bearings. Refer to your Powerex service manual for the exact number of pumps required for your model.
