Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to incoming inquiries from customers via phone, email, and online chat.

  • Utilize our CRM system to track and manage customer interactions, leads, and sales data.


  • Previous experience in inside sales or customer service, preferably in the industrial or manufacturing sector.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial air compressors and compressed air products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with customers.
  • Problem-solving abilities to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
