The Powerex STSV0302 and STSV1302 are 3 horsepower oil-less scroll air compressors mounted on a 60-gallon vertical ASME air receiver, designed for applications that require clean, contamination-free compressed air, quiet operation, and continuous-duty performance. These systems are ideal for medical, dental, laboratory, pharmaceutical, clean manufacturing, and light industrial environments where oil carryover is unacceptable.

Both models share the same oil-free scroll compressor platform, tank, and performance characteristics. The difference between the two models is the electrical configuration, allowing customers to select either single-phase or three-phase power based on facility availability.

Integrated Moisture Management

An air-cooled aftercooler is included to reduce discharge air temperature, removing approximately 70% of moisture before it reaches downstream equipment. The receiver tank is equipped with an electronic automatic drain, ensuring consistent removal of condensate without manual draining.

For applications requiring extremely dry air, the system can be configured with a desiccant air dryer package.
A refrigerated air dryer is not offered on this model.
